So we have a back log of pictures we need to post. MCA is taking vacation in a week and is determined to catch up on sharing pics. Today we all went for a photo session and got little BA's 6 month pictures taken. Enjoy!

Another 4 Generations

Finally pulled the pictures off of the camera from last weekend when we went up to Green Bay to visit Grandma and Grandpa B, Great-Grandma B, Great-Grandpa and Great-Grandma O, Auntie K, and Great-Uncle M! Lots of people excited to see little Baby Awesome!

Happy 4 Months!

So yeah. We haven't posted in a while. Little BA has been busy. He's got not one, but two words he's working on mimicking. His first was 'okay' then just today it was 'hi'. He's figured out how to roll himself over on to his tummy. Which is not so great at 2am when he does it and can't get back to his back. Thus he has to wake mommy and daddy up to roll him back over and get him back to sleep. CA and I are pretty sure he's going to be a mover. When propped up on his boppy pillow, BA is not content to just sit there, or lay there on his stomach. He has to climb over the pillow usually using his face as a landing device. He also loves his new little chair from Grandma and Grandpa B or just standing up while we balance him. We'll post more pictures soon! He met some new family over Easter weekend in Michigan! And we are planning our next trip to Green Bay in the next month.

Happy 7 Weeks Baby Awesome!

It's tough being the future world overlord!

Here we are seven weeks into this awesome experiment called parenting.  Watching Baby Awesome learn and grow right before our eyes, seeing him begin to interact with the larger world, and best of all, seeing him smile as he recognizes us each morning.  It's his facial expressions that get us everytime!  From his beaming grins to his pouty lips, it's really the best thing ever!

We've started working on better sleep habits this week.  BA seems to be sleeping better, which translates to MCA and CA sleeping better!  There are still rough patches, but there always will be.  He's also gaining weight at a healthy rate, making 9 lbs. This week with his two month check up coming up real soon! 

Future overlords can fall asleep wherever they want.
